3.1 All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax in Texas unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 7 days of receipt, provided that they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

5.3 All Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.4 In accordance with Texas law, refunds for defective products or products not as described will be processed within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days from the date of the return request.
